NDIS Support for Children & Young People

I provide movement-based and play-based wellbeing support for children and young people, with a focus on emotional regulation, confidence building, social skills and everyday participation. With qualifications in counselling and early childhood teaching, I blend gentle movement, motor skill development, sensory awareness and practical life skills in a way that feels safe, warm and child-led:

  • Movement and motor-skills development (coordination, balance, body awareness)

  • Emotional regulation strategies

  • Anxiety and confidence support

  • Social skills and communication

  • Self-care routines and daily participation

  • After-school wellbeing sessions and community outings

  • Sensory-friendly activities and transitions

  • Parent support with routines, visual aids and home strategies

Everything is relationship-based, trauma-aware and paced to match the child’s comfort level.
